It will always take about 2 weeks to become fully changed, hopefully you can chop of that body part in time for the infection to stop. If you can't, put an end to your soon to be painful and horrible turn/death. These beings as I announced only a moment ago, look exactly like a human, two way to tell if they are one or not, their attitude and their eyes. They don't have emotions, only hunger and let me tell you, they will go out of their way to eat you, they will speak but it will sound different... Deformed almost. The eyes are usually the first to become infected, they become slightly red at first, as time progresses so does the intensity of the color red in the eye. The color in their eyes they once possessed, will seem dull, it will seem as if they are unfocused or unfamiliar with their surroundings. Elle Bovino is a 16 year old Italian greaser living on the east side of Tulsa with her older brother Peter, and her mom. Her father went to prison, but prior to his arrest, he was abusive to the two kids. Peter then swore to never let anyone touch Elle ever again. Peter was the leader of the gang the Coyotes, thanks to Elle, but she still didn't belong to any gang. Not even her boyfriend's gang, the White Blades. Among the many gangs in Tulsa, the biggest one happens to be an Italian force. Their name is the Key Men, despite both men and women being in the gang. It is dangerous for Elle to not be in the Key Men because she does speak fluent Italian, and her brother may or may not be able to protect her forever like he promised. The Key Men want Elle Bovino because she has power and could influence the other girls. But many gangs want her for the same reason. Who knows, her life could domino effect downhill due to the one guy who promised her protection. Hell, she might not even marry the man she thought.
