I nodded my head and told him to go on.
"His son, Vincenzo Valentino, he's about your age, 25 I believe. He has had his eye one you for quite some time." He sighed and sat in his chair. He shuffled through some papers and pulled out a photo.
He held it out to me. I snapped it away and and sighed heavily before looking at it. There he was. The one and only, the infamous, and gorgeous, but most dangerous man in Italy. Vincenzo Valentino. His dark black hair styled into a a messy quiff. His bright aqua blue eyes glimmered like the ocean. His olive toned porcelain skin glowed in the golden sunlight. The black shirt he wore clung to his muscular figure. He had a strong roman nose and soft pink lips. A sleeve of tattoos down one arm gave him a bad boy look but it was the smirk his lips held that gave him a dangerous aura.
"Papa, i don't understand. Vincenzo, what does he want with me?" I raised an eyebrow with concern.
This could not be good.
"He wants your hand in marriage" My father seemed to have trouble getting the words out of his mouth.
My eyes widened and my mouth dropped.
"Marriage?!" I exclaimed.
He nodded and folded his hands upon his desk.
"Papa, I cant marry some one I barely know. What if i don't like anything about him. What if he doesn't treat me well. What if-" my father had cut me off before i could even finish.
"What if it works out Alexia? You two together could bring our two conflicting groups to peace and maybe you might even fall in love" He smiled.
