Alexandria's life on the outside to others seems great. Growing up she always hid her problems, hiding in a way behind a facade. For those who did not know her as a band geek knew her being a soccer player. She was social but not the typical nice girl, she had an attitude when provoked. 

Ivan was antisocial so to say, barely opened up to people. He went to school and hated it, but he didn't want to necessarily be home either. Anywhere was better than home.
