what happened to turtlemist in the forest? why is she acting odd? does it have something do with the cat reedgaze encountered in the forest, the night he faced off against earthshine? the cat with the silver fur and blue eyes?
    
    in a world where an annoying apprentice occupies almost all of reedgaze's time, he's about to get the answers he doesn't want. why can't this be over already?
