A little freaked our Maya began to run. As she started to run lightning struck and almost hit her. She began to pick up her speed. The lightning was getting closer and closer. Her adrenaline was pumping,her heart beating a mile a minute. She was running faster and faster, those track meets in High school were finally paying off. But she wasn't fast enough.
