Parker is the average, run-of-the-mill guy trying to find his way in the world.

His life changes when he returns to his apartment one night and is attacked by a wolf. His fear turns into disbelief when he is saved by a larger wolf, who surprisingly transforms into a man. This, as he comes to find out, is the least chaotic thing he will come to experience.

Kohl is the future Alpha of his pack and is tasked with bringing a human to his pack lands. With reservations, he finds the human just in time to save him only to find himself strangely drawn to the human, even though the two cannot seem to get along.

When Kohl recognizes Parker as his mate, things take a strange turn as Parker begins to exhibit supernatural abilities. Adding to their turmoil, the rogue werewolves have banded together in an attempt to destroy the established packs, being lead by a someone with close ties to Kohl's family.
