Scientists had engineered a biological robotic creatures to help eat trash. Consequently, the creatures evolved and began to eat the flesh of animals, including humans. All in all, when 17 year old Ash gets swept out in a flash flood, he learned the secrets of the past, why the creatures eat flesh, and why the Isolates are sent out among the trash.
