Little Brother's Health Assistance

Two brother's living together with all of the wealth they could get, but with no parents. Not to fear! Sebastian Takeshi (whose first name may or may not have been legally changed), who is their head butler, takes charge of them, becoming their guardian. Now, this short-story is a look into their daily lives. This particular day involves the older brother getting sick. Not to worry! His adorable little brother and Sebastian are on the case and will take care of him! Just how will this go? Fluff and (hopefully) humor ahoy!
