Lizarelle is just an ordinary girl, or that's what she thinks she is. Her mother has sent her to boarding school before disappearing without a trace. When Lizarelle believes she's finally gotten used to her new surroundings, everything changes and the whole world she's known turns upside down.
She meets a boy, not really a human one... but something much better. He slowly reveals to her the shocking news about her father. The man who broke her mother's heart and left her alone to take care of their daughter. What will happen to them? And what has this boy revealed to her about her father?
