I look at my mother at the till next to me, "Hey mum, would you mind making sure we have enough of that bean soup stocked, you know its popular this time of year." She looks at me sceptically, before letting a slight smile sneak across her face, "Make sure you keep your eyes open eh, need to be vigilant at this time of night" She slips through a red door into the store room, shortly before the shadow man approaches the till. He places an energy drink on the counter and I pick it up calmly to ring it up, when I put the bottle down I return my gaze to him, to be left staring down the barrel of his gun.
