This story is set in 1812 , it is about a 17 year boy who's uncle dies and his uncle's friend Jeromeia gives him an opportunity to get Benjamin's uncle's death of his mind, the opportunity is  a chance to go to Britain to live for a few years, he makes a bet , he loses ,he falls in love , the people who he lost to take the girl. he goes all around the world looking for her .
