Jennifer Cole is building her wings; preparing to fly. She is piecing herself back together and nothing can stop her.

She is a successful business woman, she proved everyone who told her that she couldn't wrong, yet, she is not truly happy. Jennifer does not believe in happiness anymore, she has steeled her heart against it, protecting herself from the hurt, the pain of the past; the abuse of her mother that still haunts her.

She must learn to let go; in order to freely fly.

"Now here it comes, the hardest part of all. Unchain my heart that's holding on how do I start to live my life alone? Guess I'm learning ... Learning the art of letting go..."

"No one is going to be with you forever. Someday, you'll walk alone."

"Surrender to what is, let go of what was, and have faith in what will be."
