"One moment can change your life"
A true enough statement but no one every knows if the moment will be positive or negative or even when it will happen. Our lives change in a blink of an eye. That's what happened to Annabeth Rose.
One moment she was living a happy life in Scotland, the next her family gets a job move and she ended up in America. She got bullied that was until Mark walked in to her life and saved her. Mark became her only friend in America, a loyal protector and the best friend anyone could dream of having.
But that was three years ago and now Mark and Annabeth are going their separate ways after senior year.
But what will happen when new people enter their lives, will their friendship stay strong or crumble? Will love cause trouble or heartbreak?

The Arrangement
Kirsten never has time for love and romance. She spent all of her time studying in college and when she got out into the working world she devoted her life to her job. She has made a few close friends that she hangs out with and that's the extent of her social life. Her family (especially her mother) all give her a hard time about her love life or lack there of. When her baby sister gets engaged they really put the pressure on her since she will now be the only one that isn't "settled down" yet. To appease her family, she decides to bring a date to her sister's wedding. The only problem is she has no idea who she is going to find. Her friends help her find someone and the person they pick is the complete opposite of Kirsten. What will happen? Will Kirsten give love a shot? Do opposites really attract? From the book... Settling Slowly
2015 rolled in with a bang, and it did not have the grace to gift me with a social life that everyone in a one hundred year radius would be jealous of or that is even just the talk of the town. Instead I got myself into a complicated relationship which wasn't much talked about, a relationship that I didn't get into is talked about all the time and university is around the figurative corner. That is where you can factor in people I suppose I should call 'fans', the fascination that comes in with cutlery, pots, pans and other formerly boring things. But let us not forget that my parents are finally getting married and Mum can't shop for lace without me wanting to kill her, add in a dose of sleepless nights, invigorating kisses - which have nothing to do with the sleepless nights and a lot to do with nightmares - Harriet not knowing the meaning of the words "you're done" and Ice Ice Baby is still a thing. We're all growing up (except Dad who will still make inappropriate jokes at every inappropriate moment, some to do with what cannot be done when you're wearing a plaster cast) and holidays are being planned though some are less holiday and more a mad dash to find somewhere to live out in the big wide world without our parents.
