(TFA) When an attack on the Autobots by the Decepticons goes horribly wrong and all the bots are transformed into organic bodies known to humans as dragons, Optimus, Megatron, and their teams must tolerate each other long enough to reverse the effects.
They are being hunted by humans, traveling to strange places, seeing familiar faces, fighting old enemies, and forming a temporary alliance that may do more harm then good.
Will Optimus and Megatron be able to cooperate long enough to change back? Or will they be forever stuck and hunted down in their new scale-covered forms?

Darkness
Inside of us there can be both good and bad. Angels and demons. Light and darkness. It is sometimes hard to see just how much of each we all possess at first glance. But for Megatron? His darkness did not lie far beneath the surface of his gleaming silver armour. His cruel, twisted ways were known throughtout the galaxy by species of all kinds. The fear he instilled in those around him was something that many people knew well. Roxy did not know that fear. Lisa and Sam has survived high school, college and now they face the real world. The duo move to D.C in an apartment along with Carly the new addition to the squad. With Bee now gone to work with N.E.S.T Lisa is stuck in a long distance relationship. Sam along with Lisa and Carly join the fray when the Decepticons renew their longstanding war against the Autobots. Lisa and Sam go out to figure the secrets of the dark of the moon, along with finding out secrets of the Autobot's and the human connections to the Decepticon's. Optimus Prime finds Sentinel on the moon and brings him back to earth believing that resurrecting the ancient Transformer Sentinel Prime once leader of the Autobots, may lead to victory. That decision, however, has consequences. After Sentinel went on a rampage against N.E.S.T stealing back his five pillars the government orders the Autobot's to leave earth leaving everyone torn. With Lisa trying to keep her relationship together the world begins to fall part and a new war rises. As the war out breaks the war appears to tip in favor of the Decepticons, leading to a climactic battle in Chicago.
