In January of 2008, as her career was just beginning, Demi was given news that absolutely shocked her. She was pregnant and about to be a teen mom. On August 19th of 2008, she had her daughter Eliana Faith Lovato. She planned to give her daughter up for adoption, but once her eyes met the brown eyes of her daughter, that was not a decision she was able to follow through with. It's 2020 and the daughter Demi had years ago is growing up before her eyes. The older she gets, the further her heart aches. She fears the life she imagined will never happen. She wants to find a partner to settle down with, have another baby, and have the family she's always dreamed of. Eliana on the other hand is happy with how things are in the family. She loves it just being her mom and herself. Now 28, Demi's searching harder than ever for someone to settle down with. Will the decision of dating ruin the amazing relationship between her and her daughter? Can Eliana adjust to the new changes at home? Or will everything come crashing down between Eliana and Demi?

Isn't it just peculiar how your family for example, makes you go with your "mom," even though she never really wanted you in the first place? Demi, (well I mean "mom" since grandma likes to aggervate my soul by calling her "mom") is now who I got to live with for the whole fucking summer. I just hate her. But, as usual, grandma says I can't blame her. She was 17 when mom had me. Especially, since she was doing "bad things" as grandma would put it. But, I know what she meant by that. Drugs. Alcohol. Cutting. Purging. But, she ended up going to rehab. When she came back, she has been teen's "inspiration." They love my mom. My mom loves her Lovatics (that's what they're called, which in complete honesty is a cool word) back. But, she never loved her own daughter the same way she loved them. I'm Stella Lovato, and welcome to my nightmare.

My father's death lead to my mother remarrying to another man in less than a year. She replaced the only man that knew how to stay and the one man that taught me how to trust, but all of that faded when her new husband came along. My mother insists that I have to call him my "step father," but no one can take my dad's place or get close to it. The thing that lured my mother's new husband was my father's life insurance that was over one million dollars, so he was practically drooling, but my mother was too blinded by his looks and fake smile to see who he truly was, and after she found out who he truly was... she didn't care to stop him because she "loves" him. I miss my dad more and more each day I have to spend with the man that shares the same roof as me, but not for long... (Demi Lovato Fanfic. A few characters will be real people, but their character in the story is not how I see them unless noted. I have nothing against any person I bring into my story.
