Food For Thought.
I always loved that phrase -food for thought- and use it a lot, sometimes i even hashtag my posts with it. So i thought, it was very suitable and very me thing, to use it, as a title, for this book. This book contains, my personal story, what bothers me, what i want to talk about, what i need to let go. It would be a little bit, like blog posts, but in the form of a book. This is where I let everything out-the chaos, the silence, the things I can't say out loud. It doesn't judge, doesn't ask why, doesn't need explanations.
