Diego is twenty and a young good-looking Sergeant in the new Lycan SWAT team on the island Lucrania. He's also the right hand of Commander Ezra Khan. He's good in his job as intelligance officer and well liked by everyone. His parents Vice Commander Tariq of the Veteran Special forces team, now called SWAT 1 and mom Charlotte a nurse are house friends of Commander Khan and his wife Major Cat.

Caitlin is only fifteen and with her strange green eyes a mix of mom's blue and daddy's amber eyes, she's extremely popular, especially with the human boys. The supernaturals are afraid of her dad Commander Khan and mom Major Cat and they know she and they too must have a mate somewhere who can get agitated if they spend too much time with her, so they are friendly but not too friendly. Then to top that her mom's Uncle, Olof, is the Aplha of the pack too. The families of the different SWAT teams are all house friends so it's not funny if the kids all visit with each other and find mates among the friends.
