Soliré Berenko, the sister of Senator Thadlé Berenko, is the current Queen of Naboo and known to the public as Queen Lyra. However, Soliré never wanted to become Queen and spent most of her childhood as the back-up, diplomatic pawn of her father, Maris Berenko. Originally the neglected daughter, Soliré was one of Luke Skywalker's students and a childhood friend of Ben Solo. Torn away from her training to become Queen, the guilt of leaving Ben to fall to the dark side eats away at her. What happens when the Resistance and the First Order both try to gain the support of Naboo in the approaching war?

My earliest memory is pain. Pain of losing a mother, pain of losing the love of a father, pain from the isolation that happened after the incident. I am reminded by others that what happened on that day was an accident and it wasn't my fault, but deep down I know what truly happened and so does my father and brothers. The deep self-anger and self-hate I have was slowly consuming me until I was taken away by General Organa and the Resistance. My life was beginning to look brighter, until the day I was kidnapped by the First Order. This is where my story neither begins nor ends. This is when my story becomes dark, so dark that even a Sith Lord would tremble in fear. I don't own the Star Wars universe (duh) but I do own the main character and those that are not from SW. There will be spoilers, but the storyline might diverge a bit from the original plot from the films.

I am writing this because I cannot STAND the ending of the Rise of Skywalker even though it needed to end that way and it was really well done. If I didn't ship Reylo, I would've loved the ending. Whelp, this is a fanfiction of how I would've liked it to end. I'm going to make it as similar to the movie as I can while adding my own touches (and a Ben Solo) to it. There will be some things that could be similar to the film, but I will be changing quite a bit. There are many items and powers that exist in TROS that I personally do not feel make sense, so they will be omitted (The dagger, lightspeed skipping, Anakin's saber, to name a few).
