Anastasia Portman, cousin to Jacob Portman, has lived in the same quaint village since she was born. One day not long after her sixteenth birthday a seemingly urgent letter popped through her letter box leading her to the humble Welsh island of Cairnholm. The parting letter from her Grandfather had given her merely one instruction;
Find the bird.
So that's what the determined teenager decided to do.
Leaving her widowed Mother behind her in the small English village they call home, she retraces her Grandfather's footsteps to locate a place she has only ever imagined.
When finding the 1940s home all she had hoped to struggle with was the difficulty of fitting in but it soon becomes apparent that life is more difficult than that for those living on- borrowed time.
Time is of the essence, do with it what you will...

Abbigail Portman was always very close with her Grandfather, even closer than Jacob. Even after Jacob stopped believing the stories she still did. Pigment (Millard Nullings X Reader)
What did I think about my life? It's cool, it's great, and I loved living in a tiny house with no air conditioning in London with my very sweet, very sarcastic cousin. Why would you ask? I mean, sure everyone kept saying, "1972 is your year, (Y/N)!" But I didn't believe it until recently. I had began to get these strange powers. I was a magical Crayon with the weird ability to change the color of anything I chose. I needed to figure out how to control it, or find someone who could teach me. A strange feeling told me to go to Cairnholm, a tiny little area in Wales, and I had nothing better to do. So, now I was off to get weird diseases, find out more about this 'chromokinesis' stuff and maybe fall in love. Didn't matter what order, as long as I had fun on the way, right? Right?? My Everything (Enoch O'Connor X Reader)
Y/N and Alex Cooper were never normal twin sisters. They were different than most people, and those people are what we call normals. Their dad had told them stories that their grandfather had told him when he was a kid, about a magical island were the sun always shines, with a children's home for kids with powers. He made this place sound like a dream come true, which gave the girls hope that they would find it someday too. What happens when their grandfather takes them to this magical island, and they find the place that they had always been told stories about? What happens when you try to build a friendship with the boy known as "The Dead-Riser?" And finally, what will you do when you need to choose between staying with your family in the year 2018, or going with your newly made friends to an unknown fate? This is the book plot with the movie characters, I hope you enjoy! The original story is written by Ransom Riggs, and I do not own any of his characters. However, You, Alex, your family, and your past is my original story line, and I would appreciate you not copying or stealing them!Tamamlanmış Hikaye

Jacob's older sister, Riya Desiree Portman, has been diagnosed with Very Early Onset Schizophrenia at the age of 10. At 17, her grandfather died. Less than a month from her 18th birthday, they went to Cairnholm. What's her adventure? Movieverse as I'm too lazy to read the books! But I'll add in some stuff from the books which I've come to know due to reading other fanfictions.Tamamlanmış Hikaye
