Thomas Moore is a college student at Bayhill college who has fallen deeply in love with another woman attendee, Caitlyn Walters. They share the same interests, as well as the same major in electronic engineering, which brought them to their current friendship. There is a slight problem for Thomas though. He wants to take the friendship with her a step further into dating, but she already has with a different person, named Mark. When something terrible happens, the two must work together to get to a stable standpoint in their lives.
