She had always been a good girl. She cooked and cleaned without making a fuss. She obeyed her father's rules and stayed away from boys. She excelled in her studies so she could go to a good college, get a good job, and provide for her family. Manami Hiroko was a good girl. She was also a smart girl, so smart that she earned a scholarship to an exclusive high school in Japan called Ouran Academy. Because the school was in Japan, Manami and her father had to move from America to the Land of the Rising Sun. She expected her time in her new home to be the same as it was in America - boring, dull, filled with nothing but books and homework. Little did she know, as she stumbled upon the Ouran Host club, that she would be pulled into an adventure that would change her life forever.
