She went through something traumatic at only 14, but no one noticed. She moved to Roseville for a fresh start with her best friend Kaitlyn by her side. But Carter notices. He was a "bad boy" with a heart of gold (ik it's cliché) . He never let anything slip by him. He doesn't say anything as their personalities clash and they hate each other. You know what they say, there is a thin line between love and hate. Will these two step over the line? But sometimes, running away from your problems doesn't go down unnoticed. The very person Astrid ran away from is after her, and this time, the consequences will be worse. -- This is an enemies-friends-lovers book and they become friends early on because I find it difficult to write going from enemies to lovers so yeah. *unedited book* #1 in talent show (29/02/24)

Shelly noticed the object and managed to get it out of his grasp. She examined it closely. "Oh my gosh," she said. "A flower." It was not just any flower. The flower was purple. And her favorite color was purple. She looked at Slappy, and then back at the flower. She was at a lost for words. "Creepy," Shelly finally said to sum up the whole situation. She set the flower on the table and took one last look at the puppet - and gasped when Slappy winked at her. That was enough for her to freak out. "Ah!" Shelly screamed at the top of her lungs. She dashed out of the room and hurried to her bedroom. Her bedroom was upstairs, so she scurried up the stairs and into her room. She shut her door and breathed heavily. Her back was pressed against the door. "Is...is he alive?"

I put on a show only for him in front of hundreds of people. I bring one hand up to my hair flicking them to the other side, trailing that hand down to my sternum and then my boob as I keep swaying my hips from to side, bending my knees as I lower myself a bit to the ground before sharply standing up again and slowly spinning around, circling my hips. I run my hands through the back of my hair before nailing my gaze on his eyes, slowly walking up to him. I watch him as he wets his lips before biting his plumb bottom one, eyes trailing up my body. Once I reach him, I wrap my arms around his neck and run my fingers through his hair as I press my body up against his. His hands shoot out to grab me from my lower waist, pulling me even closer to him as he pushes a leg between mine, staring into my eyes. I turn my head to the side and brush my lips against his ear before licking and biting his earlobe the same way I did at the party before whispering a few words he was dying to hear. "Take me back to your place." ---------- Theo is a 20-year-old university student with a bad temper. Letting go of the past can be a difficult thing to do but a much-needed one to move on.
