Basil Aquino is an upcoming freshman. Though he has lots of old friends coming from his middle school, he's determined to meet new people, yet his shy personality makes him seem more to himself and not approachable.

Mila Olivarria is also an upcoming freshman. Moving a lot as a child, she has no friends at the new school and though she has a really social and open personality, says the awkwardest things.

By chance, the two meet and become best friends, but what happens when at home, internal and romantic struggles interfere with the bond they have?
