when sixteen-year old danny fenton and his family decide to get away from the rush of the city and take a vacation in a small woodland town in oregon, danny discovers that this town is anything but ordinary, and the people there even more so. meanwhile, dipper and mabel are entranced by the mysterious teenager that shows up in gravity falls one evening. before phantom planet and after northwest mansion mystery.
