When a mentally and physically abused Scottish teen nicked named "UGLY DUMB TOM" meets ROSE, the new British Ninth grader in his tiny Scottish village, he feels something he never felt before. But when Tom's good looking cousin and classmate, Dale comes into their lives , competing for Rose's heart, Tom and Rose's relation gets twisted. On the school's trip to London, Rose dumps Tom over his good looking cousin. With no Dime on hand in the big city and broken hearted , poor Tom makes a decision that would ultimately changes his life forever. He decides to skip the school bus going back to his tiny Scottish village.
Yet what awaits Tom in London is far more astonishing than overcoming his low self-esteem and worse than a broken heart!!!

I shut my locker and started making my way towards my next class . I was already late and the hallway was almost empty . I picked up my pace .
