Every cat has heard the stories. The stories elders tell kits of the 3 cats with powers beyond anything anyone had imagined. The stories of how the Dark Forest rose, and how the clans and StarClan had battled them to the death. The stories always end the same. The 4 clans had won. The Dark Forest was driven back to their place without light, The Place of No Stars. The story ended happily.
When 4 new cats, one from 4 of the 5 clans, are born with incredible powers, no cat expected what was to come next. The good guys are always supposed to win in the end, right?
