"I don't like traveling to play sports, but I especially don't like it when I get stuck sharing a hotel room, with Preston Roy, the boy that just loves to bully me. But, here I am stuck on a 3-hour bus ride to some random small town upstate, and probably to my certain doom. Turn Tobias and run the risk of losing him early or him being desensitised to love because of grief or don't turn him and watch him slowly and painfully fade away. It seems clear what he should do, but it's a tougher decision to actually make than say.
