Percy Jackson and Leo Valdez both deciede to leave Camp Half-Blood at the end of the Giant War.  Percy decied to move back in with his mom and be a "stay at home kid".  While Leo became emancipated and built his own auto repair shop. 
 
Though both of them still face side affects from the war.
Leo and Percy both have nighmares from Tartarus.  (Leo from when he closed the doors and was trapped and Percy from when he jumped after fell into the pit with Annabeth)

Nick Fury has had his eyes on both Percy and Leo since they were both young, (Leo since he was eight and Percy since he was 12)
Now that Fury has decided to look into both of them because a threat is imminent.  He gathers the Avengers (including Peter Parker).  He tells them to capture Leo and Percy and brign them to Stark tower for interigation.

I do not own Percy Jackson or anything Marvel.  Those belong to Uncle Rick and Stan Lee

Then there was the Battle of Manhattan, the legendary Avengers - Steve Rogers, Tony Stark, Thor, Bruce Banner, Natasha Romanoff, and Clint Barton - against Loki. The Avengers won. Barely. Finally, there was the Giant War, which almost destroyed Camp Half-Blood. The Greeks of Camp Half-Blood and the Romans of Camp Jupiter put aside their differences at the last second to overcome Gaea and her giant sons, thanks to the seven of the prophecy: Percy Jackson, Annabeth Chase, Piper McLean, Leo Valdez, Jason Grace, Frank Zhang, and Hazel Levesque. Needless to say, New York has had its fair share of battles. But something worse is coming. Far more worse than the three battles put together. In Tartarus, Kronos and Gaea are stirring. Loki is rising. Their goal is to crush the two camps, destroy Mt. Olympus, take over Earth, and tear Asgard down. Basically, they want revenge. But with a little help from the gods and SHIELD, the Avengers and the Seven might just be able to stop them. Tony faced a teenaged boy with messy hair with sea-green eyes wearing the standard SHIELD uniform. "Sound exhausting," Tony then used his thumb to point to Percy as he asked Agent Maria Hill "Is SHIELD actually using kids for their dirty work?" "I'll have you know Mr. Stark it's rude to point. And for your information, I am not a kid sir, I am a fully qualified agent of SHIELD." Percy answered Tony whistled "They start young do they" And Percy snorted; if he only knew he thought. ---------------- "Hey agent kiddo, watcha doing here? Is he even allowed in here?" Tony turned to Fury but Percy ignored him and just walked toward the Director with a smirk "Director Fury" and to Tony's utter shock Nick Fury smirked back "Yes Agent Jackson-Fury?" "Wait, wait hold up. Agent Jackson-Fury?" Even Steve had his mouth open in shock and Bruce looked back and forth between the two like he didn't believe it. Percy turned to face Tony "What is it Mr. Stark? Is it that shocking that my dad has a son?" At Tony, Steve, and Bruce's faces, Nick Fury snorted.
