Naruto AU: After getting hit by Kaguya's attack, Obito had thought he was done for. When he awakens to new surroundings, he hopes that Naruto was able to save the world after all. He decides he needs to try to go back to find out, but he has to recover first. Until then, he's stuck with his new caretaker who can't even speak his language very well. They have to learn together how to communicate and as they do, they find that they also have developed feelings for one another. **Disclaimer: I do Not own Naruto. This story was inspired by another that is slightly similar, but it's my first xreader story.

When team Kakashi is sent on a mission, Sakura discovers her old teammate, one who left her many years ago, close to death and his eyes stolen. Healing him as much as she can, Sakura's repressed feelings for Sasuke resurface - and she promises to help him hunt down whoever has them. In return, he promises to leave the Leaf village alone. NOTE: This is under construction. The plot, the formatting, and the chapter index won't make sense past a certain point. I've left the work open, but I can't promise readability.
