"They say, Cosette, that the hardest part of every 'hello' is the last 'farewell'."

In every little girl's heart, there's a need for a best friend. It was a need for little Cosette's heart especially.

But when Cosette found her closest friend, she found also her deepest wound, and found that their final "farewell" came too soon.

Years later, a grown Cosette's heart cannot come to terms with such a tragic loss as that of her closest friend.

But, it is left to the reader to decide: whose life is the young heart mourning?
