Castiel Novak and Dean Winchester met on their way to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry in first year. They got off on the wrong foot, but soon their friendship blossomed. Over the course of 5 years, Cas began to fall for Dean. Castiel hates the struggle of fancying his straight best friend, and knows Dean could never feel the same, but his love for Dean Winchester isn't fading anytime soon. When Dean first met Cas, he found something alluring about that blue eyed boy. With regular struggles of teen drama, Quidditch, school work, and neither knowing the other's feelings, Dean and Cas both refuse to act on their feelings. Could bottled up feelings drive them apart, or will one finally admit to fancying the other?

For him it is a breeze and he is always the one who gets the praise. He gets tired of his brother's teasing but loves him anyway. He is struggling with the fact that his family may be falling apart.... His new found dreams start to trouble him and develop into bigger fears. Castiel Novak is a senior as well and doesn't get along very well with people. He tries to stay out of trouble but is a constant target for the football team. When he is assigned as a tutor he wants to become closer friends with his new pupil but doesn't know how. A Supernatural AU about what the characters lives would be like in high school and if they had a "normal" life.

This story involves Teen!Cas and Teen!Dean, so I suppose you could call it a high-school AU. The story is under major construction, so some parts are going to be a little jagged until i can go back and edit them. It's non-slash, but more on the fluffy side.
