We sought communication.
We thought we were alone in this universe, and were wrong.
But the others, they were not as peaceful as we had thought.
They destroyed us all.
We greeted them in peaceful embrace, and they denied it.
I'm what's left. They took me in to study, to dissect.
Much like my own kind, theirs is now condemned to extinction.
