{Updates: Tuesdays, Fridays, and whenever else I feel like it} As someone with depression and anxiety (I'm being open about this for the sake of hopefully helping others), I understand what it's like to feel worthless and definitely know what it's like to want to kill yourself. But please, please, please don't. It may not seem like it right now, but I promise, you have so much to live for. And that's what this book is about. All I'm going to do here is list as many things to live for as I can. Big or small, there are things that make life matter. Note: Many of these I come up with myself, but some are taken from other sources. My PMs are always open if you're having a hard time.
