Maven never wanted to wear a blood stained crown. He also never wanted to lose Mare, but that's exactly what happened. Afraid of what his mother could turn him into, Maven looks for the only person who can save him.
Mare's lost after Maven's betrayal. Even through Cal is with her, Mare's mind constantly drifts to the boy king. She longs for the boy she loved, but she won't turn her back on her people.
Set after Red Queen. It is Mareven and possibly Cameron x Cal (comment how you feel on that ship) VERY MINOR CUSSING.

Who would be interested in a RQ Black Friday fanfiction special? I was thinking that it would take place post-Calore Dance Academy, IF Mare accepted Mister Calore's contract offer and bought a house. This intense Black Friday shopping spree would entail the RQ characters going out and spending tens of thousands of dollars to help Mare's family furnish their brand-new house.
