Pete Wentz is your normal every day high schooler: he spends most of his time in class, he has friends and family he loves dearly, and he has a super-secret crush that nobody knows about.

That's not Pete's only secret, though: after a bite from a radioactive spider grants him arachnid-like powers such as wall-climbing and web-shooting, he puts his newfound abilities to use stopping crimes in his neighborhood under the alias "Spider-Man."

He has been able to protect the streets of his own neighborhood for a while, but when a new, more deadly threat arrives to wreak havoc, how will Pete handle it all?
