Ethan William Shackles is a convicted sex offender and murderer who is sent to prison for sexually assaulting and brutally murdering a 12 year old girl when he was 18 years old. 21 years later Ethan is released on parole. During his release he is watching a local 17 year old girl from afar . During his stake out he remembers his traumatizing childhood and secretive past. It is soon brought to light that Ethan is in fact innocent of the horrendous crimes while the real killer remains free to walk the streets. While he his taking a walk down memory lane he suddenly feels the overwhelming need for human interaction and decides to take a risk and go talk to the beauty across from him. As he finally conjures up enough courage to force himself to talk to her he is interrupted by something horrible. At that moment Ethan witnesses a crime very similar to that of the one he was originally blamed for and Ethan soon realizes that in order to clear his name of the original crime as well as the similar crimes proceeding the event he must work alongside his newly met faithful female love interest, journalist Francesca Fadia to solve the case and beat the clock and find the real killer before the police find him and condemn him to prison for life.
