In these pages, the world is both light and heavy-sometimes in the same breath. This is a catch-call collection of my own poetry that I've accumulated over the years that I had fun writing and re-writing. A collective work of poetry and one short story. They tell a story of maturing and what it is to come of age in this new world that we live in. It talks about what it is to be a queer person right now in America. FYI: this was meant to be read on a phone. The cover is a picture of me as a child, before I would come to understand pain and heartbreak. That is why I chose that picture, to show the beginning of my life long journey. Just a kid living, unbeknownst to him, in a crazy world. Contains mature themes and language!
