{On Hold} Sang Sorenson is a ghost. She doesn't exist, at least not legally. Although, Sang's family wishes that she was a ghost, that she was never born in the first place. Little did they know that Sang wished that as well. Then, one night, something completely unexpected happens. A week after moving into Sunnyvale Court, shots fire in the Sorenson household. Dianne Sorenson was dead. The wife of John Sorenson and mother of Marie Sorenson was shot in the chest and died in her house. When the police arrives and an investigation opens, Sang's father has to do everything in his power to make sure no one finds Sang or figures out what happened the night of his wife's murder. But when the Academy catches wind of one of their suspects being involved with a homicide, they send, not just one, but two teams in to solve the crime. Will the Toma and Blackbourne teams be able to join forces and find the murderer? What happens when they find out John Sorenson has another daughter, a daughter who is a ghost bird? Did Sang kill her stepmother?

Sang Sorenson has been chewed up and spit out by life too many times. Abused by her stepmother. Neglected by her father. Hated by her sister. Bullied by jealous girls, Ignored by nearly everyone else in high school Sang never gave in. Even when, on the eve of her eighteenth birthday, her family abandoned her with naught but a backpack and a single suitcase containing all of her worldly possessions. Alone, bruised, and tired of living like this, she took her meager belongings and the few thousand dollars she'd saved all her life she started over, determined to make the best of her freedom. Three years, a job, months of therapy, and an apartment later she's finally whole for the first time in her life and then 14 wonderful men fall into her calm world, shaking things up once more, his time for the better. Sang, the blackbourne boys, the toma team and all related academy characters belong to the magnificent C.L. Stone. Everything else belongs to me.
