Suddenly, a stick cracked behind me. I froze. I turned around slowly, hoping to see a neighbor or Preacher Fred's face. Instead, I saw a boy with handsome brown hair, about 20 years of age, staring at me, his eyes filled with hunger. In his hand, I saw a knife, soaked in blood. Murderer Was the last thing I thought in my head as I fainted away in fear.
Okay, so this is my first story. It's probably horrible. Cri.

I grabbed my glass, sliding hers to her and taking a long drink as she hesitantly reached out to take her glass. I watched her staring at the brown liquid in the glass, looking to be debating. "It will help with the pain you're in," I decided to say, making her look up at me. There was something in the depths of her eyes, something that nearly made me shiver. Then she looked back at the glass, tilting it to her lips and downing the entire contents. I was surprised, seeing her clench her eyes shut, her lips in a firm line. "Why did you have them brand me?" she finally asked, setting her glass back on the table before meeting my gaze. She's forced into a life she had escaped years ago and was not looking forward to going back to. A life that was full of bullets, blood and a whole lot of mafia men and women. Alejandro was born and raised mafia...he knows just what to do and when for the safety of his family, and he'll stop at nothing to prove it. He's cunning, wickedly handsome and dangerous, pure and simple. What he doesn't understand, is that the woman he just brought into his home is all of that and more - hidden behind a nerdy exterior. "Shit, shit! Why did you stab me!?" I exclaim, laying on the floor with my hand grasping my side, not really putting thought into what I'm saying anymore. "Well what did you think I came here to do!?" He still has his knife out, pointed out towards me. I grab the closest object and hold it out in front of me, this just so happens to be a can of hairspray. "No, you stay back there, I don't want you doing any more damage than you've already done." He falters for a second and stares at the can of hairspray before looking back at me, "I am a murderer, this is my job...you know what this is just getting annoying." - An 18yr old serial killer under the name of "Jeff The Killer" has been tormenting a small town in southern Mississippi for around a month now. He didn't know why he decided to target this town, he just needed to blow off some steam. He didn't want to be controlled anymore, he needed something different. When he meets (Y/n), and fails to kill him, will he actually find someone that understands him? (Y/n), also 18yrs old, is stuck in a house with an emotionally and physically abusive step sister, an avoidant step brother, a Dad who seemed to care more about his work and social status then his son, and a distant step mother. On the outside he looks perfect, he seems to have everything handed to him. On the inside though, however much he may think he's a saint, it's all a ruse to hide his homicidal thoughts. He prays for something new, something that will save him from the drone of life. However the way that prayer is answered might not be what he intended, but what he needs. Horrified, I tried to get away, but it was too late. I was taken hostage by a man, let me restate that, a monster. Will I ever be free again? What happens when he isn't who I thought he was? What happens when the monster turns out to be someone I could never have guessed?Complete
The Mass Murderer Who Loved Me
"Please don't do this." I begged, as tears streamed down my face, making my mascara run. My eyes traveled from his face, that handsome boyish face, down to the floor. Down to the dead bodies. "Oh God," I choked, my life flashing before my eyes, as I felt his fingers slip from my shoulders down to the knife. He put it to my throat gently, so that he didn't cut it. Yet. "I'm sorry." He muttered. "Please...." I begged. "Please." His lips pressed against mine, and I shuddered against him. Dear God, Please don't let this happen. This is the story of how I met him. The story of how he stole my heart, just as carelessly as he stole peoples lives away from them. Maybe. Maybe not. When I think about it, I still smile. Even though I know the sad and terrible ending, I can't help but smile. He was my best friend. He was so loving. So caring. He taught me everything. But, he also destroyed everything. He was just like that. He was just the mass murder that loved me, and that's how I'll always remember him. I dare say, that's how I'll always cherish him.Complete

I had never seen a monster before, I had this misconception about how it would be. I thought for sure it would be dripping fangs and sharpened claws so to speak. I thought it should at least be easy to tell, that something so evil, so black would leave a mark. Some indication of the stained soul beneath, that if all was fair you should at least be able to tell, feel the evil coming off them. Oh how very wrong this foolish notion was and how unfortunate for me that the very first monster I would ever see would be so horribly beautiful. You would never know from that face, those gentle eyes, the soft spoken politeness. How could I have known that I had just said hello to the angel from my nightmares.Complete
