His name is Artiom Popescu, the last wizard alive.
Every single nation has one wizard to protect their country but what if one wizard got greedy and killed the rest of the wizards, only to enslave their country.
11 years ago, before the country of Moldova decided on which mother shall be blessed with a magical baby boy, the rest of the Wizards were extinct so they kept the soon to be wizard hidden away from the rest of the world.
Once he was born, his mother and father gave him a special enchanted mirror where anyone but his allies will be blinded by light and burned.
At age 5, while he was playing with his mother, everyone around him fainted and never woke up but after being traumatized, a strange Romanian man with crimson eyes took him in as a brother.

Russia is tired of Belarus's stalking, so he asks *forces* England to switch bodies with Lithuania for a month! Which results in Lithuania proposing to Belarus for revenge & fucking around with Russia's body, like doing fashion makeovers with Poland. Everyone knows about the 2Ps. Some of the countries have even met them on rare occasions, but they rarely choose to be part of each other's lives, and much is also true in this situation.
