Storm Miller thought he was a normal 14-year-old, but he's far from it. When monsters get a whiff of his blood, they figure out that he's a half-blood. His satyr, his best friend named Max, has to bring him to Camp Half-Blood before it's too late. They almost make it unscathed. Almost. But before they can pass Thalia's pine tree and make it safely into camp, a chimera blocks their way. Storm tricks it into defeating itself, but faints afterward. He wakes up in the infirmary of Camp Half-Blood. Join this young half-blood as he goes from being an undecided newcomer to a decided hero.
