In the remote island of Artla, Hawaii - Springwater Asylum was established to treat the criminally insane. However, the institute hides its racist mind control experiments on African-American men, who's results are then reported to the CIA. 

The closest island to civilization, Molokai, is all that Eva Richards has dreamed of since being admitted. When she befriends Terrell Jenkins - a test subject from the C-21 Mind Control unit, she figures out an escape plan with him. 

Will the duo be able to escape to freedom, or will the head Doctor - Ross McKee - suffocate their chances as the secrets of Springwater rise to the surface?
