Three years ago Lain travelled throughout the realm of Limbo and beat the king, Raef to save her beloved Colin.  However, Colin was the only one able to move on while Lain had to stay behind.   
    
    Now in knowing that as long as there's fear in the world Raef will always come back.  Colin decides to get payback to rescue Lain from Limbo and to face Raef once more.
    
    Visiting this nightclub he meets phantom, a cunning dealmaker demon who is similar to Raef personality wise.   At per his request Colin enlists Phantom's help in fighting back making a small deal in result.  
    
    But what will occur once the lives of these two phantoms intertwine?
