Marinette learns to deal with Plagg's reckless and chaotic behavior, and Adrien grows to deal with the stresses of being Mister Bug. As soon as the two start to have everything under control, something dangerous happens with the Miraculous and dark energy starts to grow on Marientte and Adrien. It turns out avoiding Akumatization is harder when kwamis' and the miraculous' magic can't protect you anymore. ✴✴✴✴ Electricity began crackling over her head, bringing the room to life with sparks and humming underneath the sound of delicate wings flapping. Marinette looked around, her eyes meeting a nightmare disguised as a black butterfly. A shriek escaped the back of her throat. An akuma. But I can't transform. Tikki! Tikki's gone!

Marinette gets akumatized but no one knows until all hell breaks loose. Her pink and cheerful style goes to black and badass. She blocks out all her friends when they try and get close with her but none of them back away for good. Ladybug of course disappears in this mess and Paris, especially Chat Noir, need her back to help fight the new villian. But what they don't know is that Ladybug IS the villian. I DO NOT OWN THE MIRACULOUS CHARACTERS!!
