In a world where one kind unfairly rules over another, who would you root for?

Meet Elias Green, a resident of the 'perfect' utopia Sierra Falls and certified fire-user. All his life, Elias has known two things: that his life is perfectly wonderful and that the water-users wanted to destroy it. And when you're forced-fed something enough, you'll start to believe it. So when his little perfect town gets flooded, he blames the water-users. And he's angry enough to do something about it.

Meet Sora Ressi, one of the children living in the slums and an unregistered water-user. All her life, Sora has known two things: that her pitiful life were thanks to the fire-users and if they found out where they were, she'd die to their hands. Raised learning how to protect herself, Sora believes she can fight anyone head-on; magic or no magic. But when news gets out about a town getting flooded and her kind being blamed, Sora thinks she's never felt so humiliated in her life.

When these two meet, it's bound to get ugly fast. But can these two work out their differences to figure out what's going on with the rather strange government or will they take each other down for their losses?
