Four curious teens living in one of the buildings in the 13th block of a small town in Sharlin City, with its oxymoronic name, found themselves becoming avid fans of a television real-crime-solving program entitled Case: Solved. With the influence of the said program, each of them become obsessed with mysteries and investigation to the point where they even fantasized about crimes happening in their surrounding to solve them. Until one day, a case occurred in their building on the 196th rising of the sun, giving them an opportunity to be wrapped in a crime.
