The Third Cold War is a dark time for mankind, especially the Egyptians. Outnumbered and surrounded, the Egyptian Army was on the brink of defeat. With their liutenant, Seyad Khalil, captured by the Nile River Coalition, Anubis' squad was slowly and inevitably meeting their end. However, an inexplainable event causes Anubis to once again cheat death by... transporting to a different place? ... in a different time period!? With so many questions running through his mind, he seeks to find some way to get back to his time period by any means necessary. But when he encounters a run in with a Counter Terrorism Unit known as Team Rainbow, battling the current terrorist organization, the White Masks, he'll have to make decisions that may leave an impact on not only his life, but his timeline.

The light above was flickering. I could still tell with this bag over my head. My cuffs rattled around my wrists and arms. They were reinforced steel, military grade. Suddenly, the bag was removed, and a bright light was shined into my eyes. Instinctively, they shut to prevent blindness. Eventually, I squinted to see what was in front of me. There sat a figure with their hands together. By the looks, it seemed to be a woman. At her side were two men armed to the teeth. I glanced at the lady's bodyguards. Obviously they were recruits. Then the lady spoke. Lady:"Greetings." I remained silent. Lady:"You don't have to say anything. Just listen." She placed a tablet on the table. The screen turned on to reveal several images. Lady:"I'm here to make you a deal. Work for me, and my people will help you reach your goals." I continued to remain silent. She sighed and then tapped the screen. It revealed another image that interested me greatly. Lady:"This will be apart of the deal too." She pulled out a paper and pen. Lady:"Sign here." I broke free of my cuffs. The guards gasped in shock. I picked up the pen and signed my name. Then I sat back. The lady sat back and put her hands together. Lady:"Welcome to Team Rainbow, Heaven's Reaper." After the events of Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six: Extraction's base game story. Several new recruits from all over the globe came running to assist in the efforts of REACT. Ranging in experience from privates at the age of 19 to the Rainbow Six: Siege Operators. Roughly half of them joined REACT including the ones the veterans called, "The newbies". One small squad nicknamed, "The Fresh-meat" squad. Specialist Kobalt "Kobold" Montegomery; an explosives expert and team's knowledge base from the southern USA employed by Interpol to assist others in understanding the bombs of terrorist cells. Sergeant William "Razor" Goodwin; a tech and tactics expert of the squad, hailing from Weiden, Germany and raised in Cheyenne, Wyoming, employed by the CIA and Homeland Security to fight homeland terrorist cells. and Specialist Ryan "Fox" Stockin; The oldest of the trio and serves as the team's morale manager and weapons expert. All three trained in fighting and later trained to fight the Chimera parasite with REACT. But neither side was prepared for the change the Fresh-meat squad would bring to the fight.
