The Fairy's Alpha

I finished my champagne, and decided it was time to leave, but then everyone's attention turned to the grand staircase where the royal crier announced the arrival of the Crystal Dawn werewolf pack from the northwestern part of the United States. At the top of the stairs, four men, dressed in all black suits and equal in strength and pride, stepped down the stairs as a woman with long brown hair, wearing a skintight cocktail dress covered in deep purple sequins that sparkled with her every little movement, paused at the top of the staircase to scan the room. The bodice of her dress had a sweetheart neckline, and there was a black lace collar that spread into sleeves down three-quarters of her arms and extended behind her in a short train. She wore silver stiletto platforms, and the loose curls of her hair bounced as she finally came down the stairs.
The one thing that stuck out most to me was her aura. It was just like everyone said finding one's mate was like. The red, orange, and violet hues danced around each other, and shown as brightly as the full moon's light, making the other auras in the room pale in comparison. This was her. This woman was my mate.

And she was clearly the Alpha of the Crystal Dawn werewolf pack.
