It's a new year and it's time for the UA High School Entrance Exams! Many young students are applying to show off their quirks, but none so much as Yusara Kakuro. Raised in a home that praised heros and what they do, Yusara has a dream to use his quirk to become a top tier hero. With his best friend Hitaka Yenso by his side, Yusara will tackle every task and challenge that UA High can throw at him, all while developing his quirk and becoming stronger. Along the way Yusara will make new friends and enemies in his pursuit to become a true hero. Will he achieve his goal of becoming a pro hero? This is a fan story that takes place in the same timeline and place as the actual anime. I will still honor all the characters that already exist in the show that I add in, but I'll be replacing the main characters with my own additions. This story is purely for fun and to challenge myself as a new writer. I'm a huge fan of My Hero Acadamia (or Boku No Hero Acadamia) and so I want to honor the show with this story, and I hope that other fans of the anime will appreciate this for how hard I worked on it. Surface Tension - {Izuku Midoriya x OC}
Eiko Chihara and Izuku Midoriya had been inseparable as kids, bonded by their shared dream of becoming heroes together one day. But everything changed when Eiko's father, a beloved Pro Hero, was killed in a villain attack before her first year in junior high. After witnessing and experiencing her father's gruesome death, her grief consumed her and by the end of the year, she had pushed everyone away-including Izuku. Determined to follow her father's footsteps and become a hero he could've been proud of, Eiko buried herself in her studies and quirk training, shutting off her emotions to the outside world and focusing solely on getting into U.A. She succeeded through recommendations but entered class 1-A a guarded and distant version of the girl she used to be. Seeing Izuku again was very unexpected but it sparked awkward conversations and fleeting glances that reminded them both of the bond they once shared. As they spent more time together, the walls she'd built started to crumble. Their rekindled friendship soon brought back not only memories but also feelings she had long buried-ones they both could no longer ignore. Started: 7/25/24 Ended: ???
