Abigail Waters is a tribrid. She meets a group of people like her.  In that group is Ivan Reid. He draws her to him, like a moth to his flame. She finds that his fire is consuming her. He makes her feel things she shouldn't feel in the midst of danger but any distractions could kill them all. They find out that there is a deadly curse out there, reeking havoc in the human world. Abigail and the group will have to work together to stop it but it might just kill them.
